Lilli Opens in Las Vegas Chinatown: Menu, Prices and What to Know |
Chef Tyler Vorce brings French-influenced tasting menus and a walk-in lounge to Spring Mountain Road |

Las Vegas Chinatown has a new option for special-occasion dining. At Lilli on Spring Mountain Road, chef Tyler Vorce offers a $98 four-course prix fixe or a $188 eight-course tasting menu, plus a small walk-in lounge for diners who prefer to order à la carte.
Meet Lilli by Chef Tyler Vorce
Located at 3616 W. Spring Mountain Road, Lilli is Vorce's first permanent restaurant after pop-ups and a residency at Durango Social Club. He named it for his young daughter.
Vorce previously worked at The French Laundry, Troisgros and Le Bristol Paris. At Lilli, his approach combines French technique with seasonal seafood and vegetables, bringing a chef-led tasting-menu experience to Chinatown's varied restaurant scene. |
Lilli's menu and prices
The Dining Room offers two set-menu options:
Reported opening dishes include Maine scallops, but the menu changes with seasonal ingredients. Treat any opening-week dish as an example, not a promise that it will be available when you visit. Ask the restaurant about meal duration, full-table participation, and dietary accommodations before booking, especially if your group has different preferences or allergies. |

Inside the 15-seat lounge
Not ready to commit to a full tasting menu? Lilli's 15-seat lounge overlooks the open kitchen and offers à la carte food, cocktails and wine. Seating is walk-in only and first come, first served. That makes the lounge an alternative for a less structured evening, though its limited capacity means you may need a backup plan if it is full.
Here's what to know before you go:
Lilli's published cancellation policy lists a $50-per-person fee for cancellations made within 24 hours; confirm the terms when booking. The 15-seat lounge accepts walk-ins only, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. The restaurant also lists free on-site parking.
Confirm current hours, pricing, cancellation terms, and dress expectations before your visit. Spring Mountain Road has plenty of dining choices, but Lilli's set-menu format calls for more planning than a casual drop-in dinner.
Is Lilli worth visiting?
For anniversaries, birthdays, or anyone interested in a chef-led multi-course meal, the Dining Room may be a good fit—provided the budget starts at $98 per person before extras. Diners who want to sample a few plates without a tasting-menu commitment may prefer the lounge, if seats are available. |

The $98 four-course option seems more approachable than eight courses. I wonder if they’ll change it often to match what seafood is in season.
Jenna L.I hope so. The four-course option sounds like a good way to try it, especially if the menu changes with the season.
If you’re driving to that stretch of Spring Mountain, check the parking situation before making a reservation. It can get busy around dinner.
I usually take visiting family to Chinatown for a casual meal, so a French-style tasting menu there is an interesting change of pace.
It is a change of pace! Lilli brings a chef-led tasting menu to Chinatown, and its small walk-in lounge offers an à la carte option for a less formal visit.
The walk-in lounge sounds like my speed. Does anyone know if the à la carte menu includes dishes from the tasting menu?
$188 for eight courses is a lot, even for a special occasion. I’m curious how much of the menu focuses on seafood versus vegetables.
Dave ThompsonSame here. At that price, I’d want to see the menu before booking, especially to know how much seafood is on it.
Naming Lilli after his daughter is sweet. I like seeing a chef put down roots on Spring Mountain after doing pop-ups around town.
