Category 10 is scheduled to open at Flamingo Las Vegas at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2026. The Luke Combs-inspired country music venue plans live performances, line dancing, and a rooftop bar on the Strip.

The three-story, 34,000-square-foot space is designed for both dining and entertainment.

What is inside Category 10

Hurricane Hall: A main-floor dining room, stage, and dance floor.

The Still: A bourbon-focused lounge.

The Eye Rooftop: An elevated bar with Strip views.

The operator reports seven interior bars, two stages, approximately 800 seats, and a 3,000-square-foot rooftop.

What is happening opening weekend

Opening celebrations are scheduled for October 15–18, 2026, with free line dancing and appearances by TJ Favella, Desert Heat and DJ Eric Rhodes.

A promotional drawing for boots is also planned for the first 50 guests on opening day, subject to the organizer's terms.

What should visitors know before arriving

Find Category 10 at Flamingo Las Vegas, 3555 South Las Vegas Boulevard, near the LINQ Promenade.

Check the official event calendar for performance times, entry policies and reservation requirements. The October 15 opening is still a scheduled date, not a completed event.

A country music destination on the Strip!

The new venue draws on Luke Combs' music and fan culture, but it is not being presented as a single concert. Its three floors are intended to give guests several ways to spend an evening, from a meal and a drink to dancing and watching a performance. That distinction is important when deciding what kind of night to plan.

What makes Hurricane Hall different

Hurricane Hall combines a stage, dining space, and dance floor. It is the most obvious place to start for visitors interested in live music or line dancing. Those who prefer a quieter conversation may want to explore another section instead of assuming the entire venue has the same atmosphere.

A stage also does not guarantee a performance at every hour. The announced opening weekend lineup is a useful preview, but it should not be mistaken for a permanent nightly schedule. Event programming can change after the launch.

The Still and The Eye Rooftop

The Still is promoted as a bourbon-focused lounge, while The Eye Rooftop offers a setting designed around views of the Strip.

Together, they give the concept more range than a conventional dance hall. Someone visiting primarily for the rooftop should check access and operating hours before arriving.

Plan around the opening celebrations.

The advertised first-50-guests boots promotion has eligibility terms. It is worth reading those details carefully before making an early trip. Free dancing also should not be interpreted as free admission to every event or guaranteed entry to a full venue.

Food, reservations and practical details

The concept promotes Carolina-inspired food as part of the experience, but diners should consult the current menu for exact offerings, prices, and dietary information. A music-focused venue may also have different seating arrangements during shows, so confirm whether a booking is for dining or entertainment.

The Flamingo address is 3555 South Las Vegas Boulevard near the LINQ Promenade. Visitors arriving by car should check current parking rules at the resort. Travelers already on the Strip may find it simpler to plan the venue as one stop during a longer evening.

Newly confirmed opening-weekend programming

The venue's Fans of Buffalo Takeover is advertised for October 16–18, 2026. It includes a free live Like A Farmer podcast with Pat Spinosa and former Bills player Eric Wood on October 16 at 7 p.m.

The same official listing promotes a free Bills–Raiders watch party on October 18 at 1:25 p.m., with game-day food and drink specials. These events add specific reasons to visit beyond the initial opening ceremony.

What can visitors expect to eat and do

The Las Vegas venue website advertises Carolina-style food, live music, free line-dancing lessons, and a rooftop DJ experience. Its homepage lists an 11 a.m. start time, with closing hours dependent on the posted schedule.

What happens after opening

After opening weekend, guests should verify performance schedules, dining reservations, rooftop access, and operating hours before visiting. Checking Category 10's Las Vegas schedule before each visit is more reliable than relying on opening-week announcements.

If you're going for the boots drawing, check the terms first. It says the first 50 guests, but doesn't explain when people can line up.

Good point, lineup timing isn’t specified in the announcement. Anyone hoping to enter the boots drawing should check the organizer’s terms before heading over.

Nina R.Good point. I can see people showing up way before 11 if they don't clarify when the line starts.

I like Luke Combs, but I'd check the calendar before going. A themed venue doesn't mean he'll be performing there.

Luke Combs fans should check the event calendar first. A venue inspired by him doesn't mean he'll be performing opening weekend.

Elena BrooksExactly. The announced lineup lists TJ Favella, Desert Heat and DJ Eric Rhodes, so I wouldn't count on a Luke Combs appearance.

I used to meet friends near the LINQ Promenade, so this would be an easy spot to suggest. The rooftop views sound nice.

I like that there's a bourbon lounge away from the dance floor. A quieter spot would make this easier to visit with friends.

The boot drawing is only for the first 50 guests, so I'd check the terms before showing up early just for that.

The rooftop near the LINQ Promenade is the part I'd check out. Hope there's room to enjoy the view without booking a table.

The Eye Rooftop’s Strip views sound like a highlight! We haven’t seen confirmation about walk-in access, so check Category 10’s official site for entry and reservation details before you go.

The Still sounds more my speed than the main stage. Hope they post whether it has separate seating or needs a reservation.

kim_87Same here. I'd like to know if you can just walk into The Still for a drink without booking dinner.

Seven bars and 800 seats is a lot of space. I wonder if Hurricane Hall will still feel comfortable when it gets busy.

Free line dancing on opening weekend sounds fun. Does anyone know if you need a reservation to get in on Thursday?

Maria G.I haven't seen a clear answer on Thursday entry yet. I'd check the event calendar before heading over, especially with the opening day crowd.

Seven bars and 800 seats is a lot for one venue. I wonder how crowded Hurricane Hall will feel when the dance floor is busy.

Free line dancing opening weekend sounds fun. Will beginners be able to join in, or is it more of a demonstration?
