A fresh reason to explore local dining
Downtown's NADC Burger, Centennial Hills' Able Baker Bomb Shelter and Metro Sliceteria in the southwest give Las Vegas diners three very different new places to try. This guide also covers Red Rock Resort's food court, Chatime near UNLV and two more neighborhood openings.
A downtown burger stop
NADC Burger has opened a downtown Las Vegas location at 124 South 6th Street, Suite 150. The menu is intentionally short: a wagyu beef burger with cheese, onions, pickles, sauce, and jalapeños, along with fries and cookies.
Centennial Hills gets a new gathering place
Able Baker Brewing's Bomb Shelter brings a taproom and food menu to 6371 Centennial Center Boulevard. Eater describes an atomic-themed space with artwork connected to the Atomic Museum, patios and games.
The food lineup includes sandwiches, tacos and pizza, so the location can work for people who want dinner as well as a drink. As with any brewery, verify age policies for your group and plan a safe ride if alcohol is part of the evening.
A quick bite near Summerlin
The food court at Red Rock Resort has added familiar local and regional names, including Good Pie, Randy's Donuts and With Love, Always. The collection makes it easier for a group with different cravings to find pizza, sweets or smash burgers in one place.

Southwest Las Vegas gets creative pizza
Metro Sliceteria at 8720 West Sunset Road offers a fast-casual take on Metro Pizza. Eater reports a rotating approach to slices, including Sicilian and Grandma-style variations with inventive toppings.
The shop also offers whole pies and other menu options, making it useful for either a quick lunch or a larger group order. Because rotating slices can change, do not count on a specific combination being available every day.
A neighborhood tea break near UNLV
Chatime has opened at 4626 South Maryland Parkway near UNLV. The Taiwanese tea chain lets customers customize sweetness, milk choices and add-ins across milk teas and fruit teas.
That flexibility makes the shop an option for students, nearby workers and visitors who want a drink rather than a full meal. Check ingredient and allergen details directly if your order needs to meet a dietary restriction.
Other openings worth noting
Two more neighborhood options are The Irish Spot on East Tropicana Avenue, in the former Crown and Anchor location, and Doanburi on South Rainbow Boulevard for Japanese dishes.

How to choose without wasting a trip
A roundup is a starting point, not a guarantee that every kitchen is serving the same menu today. Confirm the address, hours, reservation policy, parking situation and prices with the business itself. For groups, check dietary choices and whether there is room for everyone.
If you're exploring a new neighborhood, pair one restaurant with another nearby stop instead of driving across town between meals. Downtown, Centennial Hills, Summerlin and the southwest are separate dining areas, and travel time can quickly change an otherwise easy evening.

Bomb Shelter opens at 9:30 on weekends, but does the kitchen serve pizza that early? I'd check before making brunch plans.
Chatime near UNLV might be handy after class. Does anyone know if parking over there is easy?
We don’t have parking details for the Chatime near UNLV, so it’s worth checking nearby options before you go. Hope it makes for an easy after-class stop!
Randy's opening at 6 a.m. At Red Rock could be handy before an early shift. Wonder if parking is easy that time of day.
Tasha MillerI’ve parked at Red Rock early in the morning and had no trouble finding a spot. A donut before work sounds pretty good.
That NADC menu might be too limited for my family. Is there really no main option besides the wagyu burger?
Can you get to the Red Rock food court without walking through the casino? A quick Good Pie pickup sounds pretty good.
Good Pie does sound like an easy pickup! We haven’t confirmed a route that avoids the casino, so we’d check with Red Rock Resort before heading over.
I'm curious where Metro Sliceteria is in the southwest. A cross street would help before making the drive.
Luis MartinezI was looking for that too. It’s mentioned at the top, but I couldn’t find an address or cross street.
The patios and games at the Bomb Shelter sound fun. I'd check the age policy before bringing kids, even though it says family-friendly dining.
Renee P.Good call. I’d check whether the kid policy changes later in the evening, too.
If you're going to Able Baker for dinner, remember the kitchen closes an hour before the taproom. That's easy to miss.
Good Pie and Randy's Donuts in the same Red Rock food court could make group dinners easier. Worth keeping in mind when everyone wants something different.
Does anyone know what the NADC Burger costs? A short menu sounds nice, but I'd want to check the price before heading downtown.
Nice to see Able Baker open in Centennial Hills. Just remember the kitchen closes an hour before the taproom if you're going for dinner.
Anyone know what parking is like near NADC on South 6th? I usually end up circling downtown at dinner time.
Maria G.I usually head straight for a paid garage downtown rather than circle for street parking. It saves me some time around dinner.
