Howard Hughes Holdings has proposed 260 luxury condominiums in two towers near Downtown Summerlin. The development is still in the planning stage.
What the proposal includes Plans describe two glass towers linked by a 17th-floor skybridge, with recreation and wellness amenities. The concept includes pools, golf practice facilities, pickleball courts and a bowling alley.
What is not decided The project is proposed, not built. As of the October 8 report, condo pricing and the construction timetable had not been announced. Residents should distinguish a planning submission from an approved opening date. |
Recreation is central to the proposal
The planned amenities extend beyond pools and wellness space. Golf practice facilities, pickleball courts and a bowling alley are among the features described in the concept. Their final configuration remains subject to the development process.
A 17th-floor connection
The proposed skybridge would link the two glass towers at the 17th floor. Alongside the planned 260 residences, it is a defining element of the current architectural concept.
What happens next
Key details still outstanding include project approvals, construction timing and condominium prices. Those milestones will help clarify when the proposal could affect housing supply and activity near Downtown Summerlin. Until then, the unit count and amenity package should be treated as proposed. |
