When Hank Gordon and Roger Sachs founded Steiner’s in 1998, they created a place that both the gourmand and the gambler would enjoy. Sachs grew Steiner’s to three locations with the help of a great Corporate Chef who established the gaming tavern as a premier dining destination by creating a variety of high-quality, imaginative fare.
