Hot Noods Noodle Bar brings Asian comfort food and good vibes to the El Cortez Hotel & Casino. Locally owned and operated by the Lam and Heck family, the noodle bar blends savory Asian flavors with fun, urban décor. Michelin Guide–recognized Chef Po Fai Lam crafts savory dishes like Tonkotsu Ramen, featuring a rich pork bone broth simmered for over nine hours daily. Guest favorites also include Gung Gung’s Chicken Wings, Crispy Chicken Karaage, and Poh Poh’s Dumplings, all perfectly enjoyed with a Sake Bomb.
