Our HYROX zone holds all eight race stations - SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls - on turf with a 12.5 m sled lane at full race length. Concept2 SkiErgs and RowErgs on PM5 monitors, self-powered treadmills and a complete CENTR | HYROX rig. Alongside it a serious bodybuilding floor: power racks, dumbbells, plate-loaded machines, a posing room and knowledgeable independent trainers.
