Safe Harbor Medical is an FQHC Non-Profit community health center providing family Primary Care Medical and Behavioral Health Psychiatry and Therapy services to patients from pediatric to geriatric. Conveniently located in off Hwy 95 in Summerlin across from Mountain View Hospital. In-Person and Telehealth appointments are available for established behavioral health patients and limited medical needs.
